1) Describe the non-diet, “Health at Every Size®” approach.
2) Understand the benefits of using a non-diet approach instead of a weight loss approach.
3) Explore how resilience theory (e.g., motivational drives) can be applied to enhance the non-diet approach.
4) Describe the outcomes of a combined non-diet/resilience health education program implemented at a worksite.
