Resilient Health at Any Size

Abstract

1) Describe the non-diet, “Health at Every Size®” approach.2) Understand the benefits of using a non-diet approach instead of a weight loss approach.3) Explore how resilience theory (e.g., motivational drives) can be applied to enhance the non-diet approach.4) Describe the outcomes of a combined non-diet/resilience health education program implemented at a worksite.
