Abstract


1)     Participants will gain an understanding of basic principles regarding the practice of hatha yoga as a tool for emotional and mental wellbeing

2)     Participants will experience gentle postures and breathing techniques used to alleviate anxiety

3)     Participants will experience gentle postures used to elevate mood and increase energy and mental clarity

4)     Participants will have the knowledge to build on these techniques and put them to use in other settings
