Focus and Scope

The Utah Environmental Law Review (UELR) publishes a wide range of topics relating to the legal issues surrounding the environment including land, water use, anthropology, climate change, and natural resources. UELR welcomes submissions year-round of articles, comments, notes of interest, and literary pieces.  UELR will also consider for publication articles of an interdisciplinary nature, expository articles providing the non-specialist an overview of specialized areas of law, and articles oriented toward a practitioner's perspective that are written by or for the practitioner for publication.
