Mentorship Across Cultures and Disciplines

This journal aims to offer an accessible and powerful platform for the growing number of mentorship initiatives and best practices through student and community voices. Individuals can submit: 1) Empirical or conceptual papers 1) items of contemporary interest that address current issues related to mentorship and/or 3) reflections of experiences, and views on a particular issue or initiative. This unique journal highlights mentorship through a number of mediums (e.g. poetry, art, research) for purposes of providing insight into current best practices in the context of cultures and disciplines.
